I moved in in August and renewed my lease, and think it’s kind of upsetting that my rent is going up significantly for next year. However, overall it’s a good place to live.
There are some issues with the unit itself, like in my apartment specifically, I don’t have hot water in the shower and nothing happened when I requested maintenance for it. The amenities are good, and it’s in a really central location, so it’s mostly worth the higher than average rent and water issue.
